Public Offer Agreement
Effective date: 8 July 2026
General provisions
This document is a public offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Placing an order, making a payment, or engaging PUSK ("the Contractor") for services in writing constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by the client ("the Customer") and forms a binding services agreement.
Services
The Contractor provides digital services: websites, web applications, mobile applications, brand identity, UI/UX design, motion design, API integration, and business automation, as presented on pusk.uz.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are defined in a written scope — a proposal, statement of work, or order — agreed by both parties in writing or electronically.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in written proposals. Amounts are in Uzbek soums (UZS) unless an international contract states another currency; taxes are not included unless expressly stated.
Fixed-price packages are paid 100% in advance. Custom projects are paid by milestones: work on a milestone begins after its invoice is paid, and invoices are due within 3 business days of issue. Payment of the first invoice confirms acceptance of the written scope.
Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are transferred electronically. The Customer has 5 business days after delivery to send written, itemized objections; absent objections within that period, the deliverable is deemed accepted. Acceptance of a milestone closes that milestone.
Revisions and the Customer's obligations
Each fixed scope includes up to two rounds of consolidated revisions within the agreed scope; further changes and out-of-scope requests are quoted separately at the Contractor's current rates.
The Customer provides materials, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Customer-side delays extend deadlines accordingly; the Contractor is not responsible for delays caused by missing Customer materials.
Warranty
Each delivered scope carries a 30-calendar-day warranty covering defects in the delivered work. It does not cover new functionality, post-acceptance change requests, or failures caused by third-party services or modifications by others.
Intellectual property
Until full payment, all results of the work remain the Contractor's property. Upon full payment for a scope, exclusive rights to the final custom deliverables of that scope pass to the Customer; the Contractor retains its pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, licensing them to the Customer perpetually and non-exclusively as embedded in the deliverables.
Unless a signed NDA provides otherwise, the Contractor may reference non-confidential results in its portfolio.
Confidentiality and personal data
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential. Personal data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" as described in the Privacy Policy; acceptance of this Offer includes consent to processing necessary for performing the services and payments.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Refund & Returns Policy, which is an integral part of this Offer.
Liability
The Contractor does not guarantee market outcomes or the behavior of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Contractor's aggregate liability under this Offer is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific scope in dispute.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, war, acts of state authorities, large-scale network or power failures — provided the affected party notifies the other promptly. Deadlines extend by the duration of such circumstances.
Governing law and disputes
This Offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties first attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation within 15 calendar days of a written claim; unresolved disputes are referred to the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court.
