Who we are and what this covers

This policy describes how PUSK ("we") collects, uses, and protects personal and business information on pusk.uz and in the course of client work. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data".

What we collect

Inquiry data — what you type into the contact form: name, company (if given), contact details, your message, and an optional budget range.

Technical data — standard server logs kept for security and performance: IP address, browser type, pages requested. We do not use advertising trackers or sell attention to anyone.

Project materials — when we work together: briefs, brand assets, credentials, code, and business information you share so we can do the work.

Why we process it

To reply to you and discuss your project; to perform a contract once we have one; to meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan; and to keep our own infrastructure secure. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your project data stays yours

Client materials are siloed per project and available only to the people working on it. We do not reuse one client's code, designs, or business information for another client, and we do not use client materials to train AI models — ours or anyone else's — without your explicit written permission.

When we share data

We never sell or rent personal data. We share it only with: infrastructure providers that host our systems; payment providers, when you pay online (see below); subcontractors bound by confidentiality obligations, where a project requires them; and state authorities, when a valid court order or law requires it.

Payments

When online payment is used, your card details (number, expiry, CVV) go directly to a certified payment provider over encrypted connections and never reach or pass through our servers. Payment infrastructure operates under the PCI DSS standard with 3-D Secure authentication. Any refund goes back only to the card or account that made the original payment.

How long we keep data

Inquiries are kept while they are relevant to a current or potential engagement, then deleted. Project materials are kept for the term defined in the contract and any legally required retention period, then deleted or returned. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw consent to marketing, and lodge a complaint with the authorized state body for personal data protection. Write to pusk2026@gmail.com — we respond within a few business days.

Visitors outside Uzbekistan

Our systems and processing are located in and governed by the Republic of Uzbekistan. By using the site or engaging our services from abroad, you consent to your data being processed here under the safeguards described in this policy.
