Terms of Service

What this is

These terms govern the use of pusk.uz and, together with the Public Offer, the engagement of PUSK's services. "Services" means our digital work: websites, web and mobile applications, brand identity, UI/UX and motion design, API integration, and business automation. "Deliverables" means what we hand over: code, designs, documentation, and other results of the work.

By using the site, submitting an inquiry, or paying for services, you accept these terms.

Using the site

Site content is provided for general orientation and may change without notice; it is not by itself a contractual promise. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempts to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or harvest its content for republication.

Case studies in our portfolio describe representative engagements; the figures shown illustrate project outcomes as presented in our portfolio.

How engagements are defined

Every engagement is governed by a written scope — a proposal, statement of work, or order confirmed in writing — which defines deliverables, timeline, and price. Where these terms and a signed contract differ, the signed contract wins.

Payment in brief

Fixed-price packages are paid 100% upfront; custom projects are paid by milestones against invoices due within 3 business days. Details, including currency and late-payment consequences, are set in the Public Offer and your written scope.

What we need from you

Accurate contact and billing information; timely materials, access, and feedback; and content that you have the right to use. Delays on your side extend deadlines by the same amount; we are not responsible for materials you provide unlawfully.

Intellectual property

When the final balance for a scope is paid in full, you own the final Deliverables made for you. We retain our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and know-how used to build them — you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use those as embedded in your product.

Unless an NDA says otherwise, we may show non-confidential results of the work in our portfolio.

Warranty

Each delivered scope includes a 30-calendar-day warranty: we fix defects in the delivered work at no charge. The warranty does not cover new features, changes requested after acceptance, or failures caused by third-party services, hosting changes, or modifications made by others.

No outcome guarantees

We build to a high engineering standard, but we do not guarantee market outcomes — search rankings, traffic, or revenue — nor the behavior of third parties: app stores, external APIs, hosting providers, or payment systems.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is capped at the amount you paid for the specific scope in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Law, disputes, contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation for 15 calendar days from written notice; unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
