A launch is a sequence, not a leap.
Every engagement runs the same five stages. You always know where the project is, what comes next, and what it costs — in writing, before we begin.

Discover
We learn your business before touching design: goals, market, users, constraints, and what success measurably means. If we think you don't need what you're asking for, we say so here.
Architect
Structure, technology, and scope get decided and written down: what we build, what we deliberately don't, and what it costs. The written scope is what protects both sides from surprises.
Design
Every screen and state, crafted and approved before engineering. You see the real thing — typography, motion, both languages — not abstract wireframes asking for imagination.
Engineer
Built to the standard the design promised, with performance and accessibility as gates, not intentions. You watch progress on a staging link that's updated continuously — never a black box.
Launch & Grow
Deployment, measurement, and the first improvement cycle. Launch is the beginning: we watch the metrics defined in Discover and tune against reality, not assumptions.
How we communicate
One person answers
A single point of contact who knows your project completely. No routing, no 'let me check with the team' as a lifestyle.
Weekly rhythm
A short written update every week: done, next, blocked. You never wonder what's happening with your money.
Bad news travels fast
If something threatens the timeline or budget, you hear it from us first, same day — with a proposed fix, not just the problem.
Everything in writing
Scope, dates, decisions, changes. Memory is not a project-management tool.
How is the price set?
Fixed price for a fixed written scope, agreed at Architect. Changes are welcome — they're priced and scheduled explicitly, never absorbed silently into missed deadlines.
How long do projects take?
A focused website: 6–10 weeks. Applications and platforms: 10–20 weeks. Real dates are committed after Discover — and then kept.
What if we already have designs / a developer / a system?
We slot into the stage where you actually are. Existing work gets audited, not discarded by default.
What happens after launch?
A 30-day warranty is always included. Beyond it: a support retainer with response times in writing, or a clean handover to your team — your call, no lock-in.
