Refund & Returns Policy

The nature of what we sell
PUSK sells engineering and design work — dedicated time and intellectual labor, not physical goods. There is nothing to "return"; all financial adjustments take the form of cancellations and pro-rata refunds under this policy.
Before work begins
If you cancel before the kickoff — before any session is held, research started, or resources allocated — you receive a full refund of what you paid, whatever the reason.
Fixed-price packages
Once work on a fixed-price package has commenced — a session held, research begun, materials produced — the package fee is non-refundable. Delivered work is not refundable on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction where it matches the written scope.
Milestone projects
If a project is cancelled while a milestone is in progress, we stop billable work within 1 business day of your written notice and calculate a pro-rata refund: the hours, project management, and resources already spent are retained; the remainder of that milestone's payment is returned.
Not refundable: milestones already completed and accepted; expedited-delivery fees; and third-party costs incurred on your behalf (licenses, plugins, hosting, and similar).
Support retainers
Monthly support can be cancelled at any time with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date. Paid months are not partially refunded — we keep your systems maintained through the end of the paid period.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Write to pusk2026@gmail.com with your name, company, the project or invoice concerned, and a brief reason. We confirm receipt and stop billable work within 1 business day, and provide the final calculation within 5 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method — the same card or account that made the payment — as anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering rules require. After we release the funds, allow 5–10 business days for banks to post them.
