context

MediTrust grew from one clinic to nine in three years. Each location kept its own appointment book; patients navigated the network by phone, and every fourth booked visit simply never happened.

the challenge

Unify nine clinics into one patient experience — booking, records, results, reminders — designed for patients who are stressed, in a hurry, and often booking for a parent or child rather than themselves.

the approach

We designed for the worst moment, not the best: every flow works when the user is anxious and interrupted. Booking for family members is a first-class path, not a workaround.

Reminders behave like a considerate human — the right channel, the right moment, one tap to confirm or move the visit. Rescheduling was made easier than not showing up.

the craft

Medical typography and color were tuned for calm legibility under stress and tested with real patients aged 19 to 74. The platform meets WCAG 2.2 AA throughout — in a sector where that is vanishingly rare.
